ON DECK is the chosen identity for BGSU's GD Class of 2024, Senior Show. Split into groups of four, the Class of 2024 rivaled for a shot at creating the concept and look of our own end-of semester show. The winning team, composed of Abby Gabe, Hannah Brinkenhoff, Kyle Nelson, and myself came up with the concept, ON DECK; "available for action or work". My role on this team was early prototyping, storyboarding, and finding creative solutions. As we know, there are 52 playable cards in a deck, 56 including jokers. Having planned precisely, the 28 seniors that make up the Class of 2024 will have the opportunity to create a fully playable card deck that features each individual's design style. Below are the early prototypes and storyboards that led our team to victory in the battle for Senior Show visual identity.
